Contact Lens Services

Stiles Eye Group is happy to offer contact lens services to fit any need. No matter the type or extent of your vision issues, you will most likely be able to wear contact lenses of some sort.

Toric Lenses
Astigmatism is caused by a deviation from spherical curvature in the eye, resulting in blurry or distorted vision, particularly when viewing fine details. It stems from the prevention of light rays from meeting at a common focus within the eye. Toric contact lenses can correct vision issues associated with astigmatism so that you can see (as well as be seen) clearly.

Multifocal Lenses
If you have worn multifocal eyeglasses for a while, you may have been told in the past that contact lens services were not for you. However, optical technology has now allowed vision experts to create multifocal contact lenses. Contact us to learn more.

Monovision Lenses
Monovision contact lenses are another option for individuals who wear multifocal eyeglasses. However, instead of having both of the prescriptions that you need in both contact lenses, monovision contact lenses give you one contact prescribed for far vision and one contact prescribed for near vision.

Scleral Lenses
If you’ve been told in the past that you cannot wear regular contact lenses due to some sort of eye issue (such as an irregular cornea) you may be able to wear scleral contact lenses instead. Scleral contact lenses are noticeably larger than soft contact lenses, covering more of the eye’s cornea, plus some of the sclera (the white areas), giving you a more comfortable fit.

In addition to these specialty contact lens services, we also prescribe soft contact lenses both for daily wear and for extended wear.
